HP Planet Partners is our consumer recycling program for HP end-of-life equipment and printing supplies.

Our commercial customers can refurbish end-of-use hardware offered through HP Renew Solutions or extend the life of their existing devices through HP Support Services¹.

Electronic products contain valuable materials such as metals, plastics, and glass that can be recycled and used as raw materials. This helps conserve natural resources and reduces the need for raw material extraction, a significant contributor to environmental degradation.

1. HP Services are governed by the applicable HP terms and conditions of service provided or indicated to Customer at the time of purchase. Customer may have additional statutory rights according to applicable local laws, and such rights are not in any way affected by the HP terms and conditions of service or the HP Limited Warranty provided with your HP Product.
2. Fair market value will be assessed based on age and condition of the device. Not all devices may have any residual value. If not, they will be responsibly recycled.

4. The HP Device Life Extension capability is for HP commercial PCs. HP-certified partners will perform functional diagnostics, data removal, interior and exterior cleaning, enhance device performance, reimaging, and conduct platform updates. This service is available as a Care Pack when it is sold with new hardware or to existing devices by purchasing it within the existing Post Warranty eligibility window. 5. HP Certified Refurbished Hardware includes cosmetic grading, functional testing, data wiping, re-imaging, and the use of HP OEM parts.
6. Refurbished HP EliteBook 840 G5 and G6 product models come with a 1-year HP Limited Warranty (1/1/0) that covers 1-year parts and 1-year labor. Onsite service is not included. Additionally, support for Refurbished HP Printers is available as part of a Managed Print Services Contract.
