Rated 1 out of 5 by ivierre from 誤導買家俾一星係因為冇得再少網頁上的spec 有誤導成份: "雙面手動打印(提供驅動程式支援)" 購買之後, 幾部不同電腦都印不到雙面手動打印, 找support想找到解決方法，得到的結論就是: 呢個功能根據系統的，吾一定有。你有就有，冇就冇。早知係咁根本唔會買。

It is my second hp laserjet, as I was using my LaserJet P1102w all good but I needed color printing capabilities. The hardware was great. Good printing, scanning and copying. The problem was the Wi-Fi connectivity was like a coin toss, with 50% of the times I need to restart the Wi-Fi (for possibly multiple times) before I can get the printer re-connected to the Wi-Fi network. Not to mention the printing/scanning software "HP Smart" user experience is disastrous.
