• This service is only applicable to old laptops whose operating system is Windows
• Laptop screen works normally with none of the following issues: cracks, white spots, streaks / ghosting / blotches / dim
• The laptop body is in decent condition and is not broken, cracked, or dented
• The laptop's keyboard & touchpad are functioning and the laptop battery can be charged as per normal
• All user accounts can be logged out
