No one is bothered to resolve the issue, just passing the case from services to technical now to care pack support team. No one is taking responsibility and just harrasing the customer. Will suggest to my friends, not to look HP, I have been a hard core user of HP products, for last 25 Years, but this is the turning point to look beyond HP Products as well. Even haven't gone with MAC. Services & Support have become pathetic. They will eat up your quality time in follow-ups and getting the things resolved, i doubt. No escalation matrix, number shared from HP Services for Care Support doesn't work, this is the level of Support from HP. Order # 101500000104520 Case ID: 5133145548, raised on 30th Oct 2024
