It would have been better if the complete unit was included, meaning the wire that goes into the wall socket was not included with this charger. Only the charger brick and the wire that goes into the computer was included. But anyway the picture shows so, hence no complaints

I purchased this adaptor from the website as it was shown as the "bestseller" - It was my mistake that I did not check that my laptop, which is a ZBOOK cannot be charged by this 65W adaptor. I got to know this after plugging the adaptor. However, I re-packed and wanted to return this. NOW HOW DO I RETURN THIS. I tried calling "support" 1800 108 4747 and was with 3 different reps but no one was able to help. All they wanted was to transfer my line back to the board. So basically, this adaptor is lying with me and I do not know how to return it as no one is helping the customer.

However my laptop's original 65W adapter model number /spare part code was different, so I was worried while purchasing. Make things clear with writing spare part code and also compatible models/ alternative spare part codes, if you have stopped selling those models. That would be easier to buy. Also I purchased HP laptop battery online (original) but your rates were very much high than other online store I bought from, this is just for your information. Your rates should be the minimum. Please sell these regular use spares/consumables like batteries at a more affordable rates, especially is developing countries like India. Everyone cannot afford to buy a 4K battery.
