Duplex printing not possible (i.e., if you want to save the environment and print on both sides of paper, you will need to first print ODD number pages, then flip those and re-feed them in the tray and then print EVEN pages !!!) Not possible to do the same with SCAN, i.e., the scanner doesn't allow you to scan BOTH SIDES of your document (e.g., Aadhaar card) on a single page. It can only scan each pass as a SEPARATE image/pdf. Not possible to print select /multiple pages from a document (e.g., if you want to print only pages 1,3, 7, 10...NOT POSSIBLE on this printer.

Very easy setup, just install the software and you are ready to go. The print and scanner quality is also good. The cartilage is 88A which is refillable. However the build quality i found is not very good, also due to lack of a backlight its very hard to see the display. I always have to use my phones flashlight to see the display.

Printer in terms of cost and quality. The only thing that pinches is the cost of cartridge. The cartridge is very very very costly around 1/3rd the cost of printer. Rest all is OK.

I called the helpline and they did try to walk me though but still I had a problem. The company sent a rep and he fixed the issue. As far as the Printer is concerned it is an excellent printer but I am not happy with the display. There is no background light and it is next to impossible to read the display despite the best lighting in the home office. HP needs to fix this feature as it gets very frustrating reading the display. I had to actually place table lamp to set up the printer.
