Rated 3 out of 5 by from Low ink in Setup cartridge, on new purchase of printer The printer came with only setup cartridge which were low on ink, had to purchase the new cartridge withone a month that to with few print outs.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Deliberate miscommunication. I have repeatedly told to the sales executive that I am buying this product, particularly for Scanning Agreements, which have multiple pages. But I was never told that if I scan through the sheet feeder it will only scan in black and white and not in colour. I am sure it was done deliberately. It was not expected from a brand like HP at least. Moreover, this was a direct sale from the company and not from any dealer, etc. I don't appreciate this way of selling a product.
