The delivery was on time as scheduled and the packaging was perfect. I had opted for their Buy Back option which was one of my criteria for this purchase.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from HP Laptop Security Features Unreliable: Fingerprint, Face ID, and PIN Issues It doesn't take Fingerprint lock. The facial recognition also doesn't work 90% of the time. And most importantly, I can't set a pin. Ive contacted HP support and they said they will take my laptop on remote and perform troubleshooting in my behalf. I don't know if that'll fix my problem but operating a laptop, especially unlocking it, shouldn't be so hectic.
