The delivery was on time as scheduled and the packaging was perfect. I had opted for their Buy Back option which was one of my criteria for this purchase.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from HP Laptop Security Features Unreliable: Fingerprint, Face ID, and PIN Issues It doesn't take Fingerprint lock. The facial recognition also doesn't work 90% of the time. And most importantly, I can't set a pin. Ive contacted HP support and they said they will take my laptop on remote and perform troubleshooting in my behalf. I don't know if that'll fix my problem but operating a laptop, especially unlocking it, shouldn't be so hectic.

Battery life tested by HP using continuous FHD video playback, 1080p (1920x1080) resolution, 150 nits brightness, system audio level at 17% as image default, player audio level at 100%, played full-screen from local storage, headphone attached or through speaker (if no audio jack port), wireless on but not connected. Actual battery life will vary depending on configuration, and maximum capacity will naturally decrease with time and usage. Navigate to Battery Health Manager: Within the HP Command Center, find the "Battery Health Manager" or a similar option. Set Charging Limit: Select the option to "Maximize my battery health."
