What is HP Care Pack?

HP Care Pack is an upgrade or extension of the standard warranty for HP devices. There are coverage options available for desktops,
laptops, printers, and business PCs.

When can you buy HP Care Pack

  • In Warranty Care Pack (IWCP) along with product OR up to 90 days of purchase date of product (Laptops, Desktops, Printers)

  • Post Warranty Care Pack (PWCP): Purchase within 90 days before or 30 days after the original warranty expires. A certificate from Technical Support is required to confirm eligibility.
