HP will provide a nonbinding quote3 to the customer for HP and non-HP devices.2, 4
HP partner will pick up the devices from a centralized location5. You can also ship the devices to HP partner, shipping instructions will be provided.
All devices will be audited upon receipt from HP. All storage media data will be erased or destroyed using latest data security industry standards offsite or optional onsite.
HP will send you detailed information:
- Audit and Financial Report
- Certificate of Data Sanitization
- Sustainability Report
Payment is provided to you for devices residual value.2
- The services cost will be deducted from the total value2
- Payment options will vary per country.
Your recovered devices will be processed according to world-class, reuse1 standards through HP approved partners rigorously audited by a third-party. Devices will be recycled1 if they cannot be reused.
