Rated 1 out of 5 by from One star is ten too many!! IMHO-It is a piece of crap!!! I have spent a large part of the week since I brought this "desktop" on the phone to several tech support staff trying to get it working correctly. It has froze more than once. I made the mistake of trying to use the caculator earlier today. Half the screen started flashing really fast. I managed to click on the re-start only for a blue warning screen to appear. I have tried to download programs on it with no luck. It won't talk to my WiFi equiped printer unless I physically use a USB cable. Sometimes it runs at what I assume is "normal" speed, at other times it is really slow. I have also put in two Call Back requests and so far ZERO calls from HP. Spoke to the returns dept on Friday.
