Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worst laptop, waste of money I recently purchased an HP laptop, hoping to get a reliable machine for, study. However, after using it for a while, I’ve encountered an extremely frustrating issue that has completely ruined my experience: the Wi-Fi connection keeps dropping every few seconds. I’ve tried all the usual troubleshooting methods—updating drivers, restarting the router, resetting laptop, and even contacting customer support—but nothing seems to work. The issue persists, and it's incredibly frustrating. Due to this laptop, I am unable to do my online exams and my assessments because I need a stable wifi connection for that. I used other laptop as well on the same wifi networks but never faced this issue. I will never recommend others to buy a laptop from hp. I wasted my money already and don't want that this will happen with someone else.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Maddening McAfee My Laptop came with McAfee pop-ups pre loaded onto it. I did not request this as I have my own Virus protection. However when requested, HP, were unable/unwilling to do anything to about removing this unwanted intrusion into my privacy. I would never again buy HP as long as I have to endure this unwanted/unordered, imposition. These pop-ups happen at any time every 10 minutes.

Is the ram and hard disk upgradable?
