Rated 4 out of 5 by Liarox from Great on the inside I purchased this laptop a couple of months ago as my old one stopped working. Working from home I was in a hurry to replace it. With only a few to choose from due supply issues I chose HP as I have had them in the past and been happy. Although this laptop does everything I need it is definitely lacking in the looks department. Flimsy casing that doesn't line up, fits under lip on left raised up on right. Keys are wonky and overall doesn't sit flat. Disappointing quality especially for HP. Maybe there is so much packed in it's bursting from the seems.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Rachel from HP laptop I’ve had it for a few days and got it for studying, the @ tab is actually the “ when I press it and the “ tab is the @ also when I’m trying to download a pdf to write on it, it’s not letting me do it, I’ve had my tutor try and work it out she can’t do it and even the IT at the college can’t work it out, I actually bought this one because the last HP I got from Harbour town, the guy said yes it’s fine for studying and I don’t know about computers, but when I got home it wasn’t a windows computer so couldn’t do what I needed, hence why I got this one, I haven’t had time to sort this out, and I’m 2 months behind on my studies,

Very disappointed in my purchase

Wish the keys had back lights though as difficult to see in low light. Computer is running windows 11 so getting used to changes. No CD slot and even less USB ports

This laptop is super fast on boot up from power off to internet connections.Nomore wanderingoff for a cup ofcoffee whilst waiting for it to start morning routine! Keynoard has a really nice feel the 15;6 screeen is great all thats missing is touchscreen for those that need it ....I dont .
