But i rang the service dept for help to finish the setup procedure, That was Monday 3rd today it's Monday 10th I'm still waiting Monday 10th to receive a call back i think that is PATHETIC. With that it cost me $145.00 TO GET Geek to u out to finish it which they were reliable and did it. So i won't be recommending your service dept or to purchase from you.

After a long phone conversation to resolve a printing issue, Kathleen (in HP Support) determined the printer was faulty and offered a 20% discount on a new unit which I accepted and completed the transaction. Kathleen and I spent 4 - 5 HOURS trying to set up the new printer with zero success. Kathleen, determining that the 'new' unit is faulty, has now arranged another replacement new printer. Good support for which I am grateful to Kathleen but, to be without a printer for now almost 2 weeks is VERY unsatisfactory. I have used HP printers for probably 30+ years.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Michelle1234 from Scanning ability isn't good Doesn't scan multiple pages into one document. If you scan a document through the feeder, the pages are emailed through in separate emails. The only way you can get around this is if you use the app. It's just HP trying to get you to use the app. You have to put the pages in, walk back to your computer, open the app, put in the settings, then press scan on your computer, then walk back to the scanner to pick up your pages, then walk back to your computer to save the document using the app.

How many pages per minute does it scan. Does it feed in quickly. The HP smart tank 7300 is too slow.
