Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good All Rounder, Works fine, Go for it! Good monitor, reasonable size, good flexibility in stand, easy setup, built in speakers. 5 stars since nothing to complain about. Highly recommended.No C class USB but I'm not sure my lappy handles it so I use HDMI to connect.

Do I need a keyboard

Hey Lyndaj, The model (HP P27 G5 27-inch FHD Monitor) that you selected is a monitor. You need to purchase a CPU, mouse, and keyboard separately to use that monitor as a system.

What connection type is required to be able to connect to laptop and I need two so what would you suggest as docking station. Will be connection dual monitors to a HP Elitebook with USB-C ports x 2 and standard USB x 2

Thank you for the question. You may use a HP USB-C Dock G5 to connect it to the laptop. Attach an HDMI or Display Port cable of both monitor to the laptop or dock for dual monitor configuration.
