There was a small issue with this pavilion where after the first charge the battery cut off when it was showing over 60%, however this has resolved and I believe it may be just because it was the first time charging the device. There is also a minor dent in the bottom panel of the device, again nothing major but to be noted. Overall great value and an excellent buy.

Hey, the HP Pavilion x360 2-in-1 Laptop 14-ek1100TU comes with 4 GB of DDR4-3200 MHz onboard RAM (soldered). You will not be able to upgrade the RAM further in this model.
