The laptop is fast and with 16GB Ram, i7 and 512 SSD and so much faster than my older HP i7. WIndow 11 is a pain full stop! Build quality is average in terms of strength of body (bednding under pressure) and screen & the blue green colour leaves finger marks. Over looks are great! Battery life is less than expected but ok. I bought it because of past HP experience of support being the best by far. I have been IT support and have over 14 laptops, iPads etc so I have a fiar idea of support and what works.

There was a small issue with this pavilion where after the first charge the battery cut off when it was showing over 60%, however this has resolved and I believe it may be just because it was the first time charging the device. There is also a minor dent in the bottom panel of the device, again nothing major but to be noted. Overall great value and an excellent buy.

If there is slight pressure near the Touch pad, the buttons get stuck. I had the laptop sent back for repair and a technician came out on a seperate occasions, both times they replaced the touch pad and did not fix the problem. The technician said it was because of the soft casing that pushed up on the touchpad buttons with slight pressure. I have the older version Pavilion with his much more sturdy. I am having issues obtaining a refund/return/exchange of a faulty product. I DO NOT recommend this product.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Incompatible Accessories The stylus pen I had with my HP Probook does not work on my HP Pavillion even though both are X360 2-in-one - touchscreen laptops. Poor design when HP accessories are not compatible with HP laptops. You don't buy a new mouse for a Pavillion so why do you have to buy a new stylus pen for a Pavillion? Has not been designed with the Customer in mind. Probook and Pavillion are operating as sylos at the expense of the customer.
