I've had my Z2 G9 Workstation for 3 weeks now, it turned off by itself last night and won't turn on this morning. HP have diagnosed it as a mother board fault and won't be able to get a technician out to me for 3 business days. I'm a contractor, that means I'll miss out on at least 3 days pay. I am seeking compensation from HP, yet to hear back. Case Number 5127139161

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disgusting Trade Practice The advertised picture on the website shows a USB C port and no mention this is an optional extra. When the computer arrived I called and asked why it's not there. Even their own team doesn't know and after lengthy investigation, they told me this was extra. On the same web page, says I'll get a $100 gift card after purchase. Two weeks later and after several calls, still nothing. This will be escalated as this shifty company will not get away with it, at least for the gift card

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great PC, but not Wi-fi capable. Great PC. But it is a shame that it is not Wi-Fi capable out of the box. I am working in a home office so need to run a ethernet cable to the router out into the hall. So far this is great PC, but it is let down on that one point. To give HP credit, the help line was very helpful and tell me the best product to get fitted to make it Wi-fi ready.
