Other problems were rectified except for warranty, which I was told would be fixed and I would be notified, but still has not happened

I would be happy to look at rating the laptop higher if I actually even had it I’m my possession after waiting for too many weeks for it to arrive. And after making many calls to HP Support with very poor results and many promises of call backs that do not eventuate and also calls to StarTrack call centre staff and team managers who have at least decided that my laptop is in their warehouse, somewhere, but can’t manage to get it on a truck for delivery. So far a customer who is MOST unhappy with the service provided from BOTH parties involved as I’m really the only one who seems concerned and is chasing things up. Strange, or maybe not???
