This indicates that HP products are not selling, and you are holding old inventories. It is illegal practice in India to sell any products at price more than MRP. The fact that HP has done it speaks very poorly about your corporate ethics. You may want to check all old inventories and ensure that they are sold at prices equal of lower than MRP.

Within less than 2 months the BW cartridge unexpectedly gave way and customer service was not able to explain it was a “ setup cartridge “ with only 50 page delivery. Not having experienced this in past HP deskjet ink printer purchases, unnecessary time got lost. Then went online recently and bought the 805 XL BW and need to see its delivery.
