Rated 1 out of 5 by from Hope they can replace the black ink cartridge with HP965XL. I purchased 1 HP 965 Black Original Ink Cartridge sets and 3 pcs of yellow, cyan, and magenta. The 3 pcs detected well. I was disappointed that the black ink could not be detected. My printer message prompts the "SUPPLY SYSTEM PROBLEM" (There is a problem with the supply system. Try replacing the affected cartridge with a different non-empty cartridge if message appears again, record the message and contact support. I have contacted the supplier and they responded to forward the message to HP support team. Since I bought this cartridge 2 weeks ago, I haven't got any feedback from both parties. Please take note, this product is very costly. Hope that they look into it. Regards, Manon
