Rated 1 out of 5 by from Defective product shipped - no QC assurance and no proper adequate follow up support Defective product shipped to customer. Took few days for Technical Support to call back and it has been more than 5 working days after tech support intervention. But no advisory of what to do with the defecitve shipped product to consumer. Concurrently, contact center automatic ticketing system, chasing consumer to close case, if no response provided to the auto ticketing system. Should HP provide progress update and the intervention status within internally? Or is HP organisation is too huge that there are too many differrent entities / department that do not internalized case resolution progress updates, and require consumer to provide status or progress updates to various departnent?

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Problems with brand new HP MPP 2.2 Tilt Pen My HP pen does not charge despite it being hooked to the laptop for 3 hours. It is so hard to get technical support and the chatbot isn't helpful at all. I hope HP can contact me. I am so disappointed. I purchased the item (despite reading unfavorable reviews online) as it was recommended on HP website as a compatible pen for my laptop. Yet now the device does not work and I cannot seem to get help easily. Worst of all, I went to HP website and the system says my product warranty has expired in May 2023 when it is barely a month since I received it. I feel so cheated. Can HP please get back to me when you see this?

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Does not work money wasted Although it may mention compatible with your PC. It is largely incompatible. HP tech support struggled for a long time and could not get it to work with my PC. At the end of the day they informed that if the pen does not come with the PC at purchase, chances it will not work. I was asked to return but HP store mentioned i cannot return as it has been opened. Right now it is a thrash.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Wrong buy It was so difficult to get the correct information, it is not working with my laptop. Please try to make it easy for customers to get compatibility information. Now the buy is waste, is there a way I can return it, as it is going to lie there wasted.
