I have moved from UK to Australia and bought new HP cartridges but now it will not print and besides it says that my cartridges are empty.What do I do now?

Is HP 67 BLACK ORIGINAL INK CARTRIDGE considered a SET UP cartridge, by the printer itself; I damaged the initially supplied cartridges which came with the printer. I purchased a set of two pack HP 67 Black and Color combo, but the HP2720e will not print

Is an XL cartridge the same size externally as a standard cartridge? (using HP 67)
